Tails and Feathers Home Playcare offers quality, reliable in-home pet-sitting and dog-walking services to Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas. While I have enjoyed pet-sitting for family and friends since 2000, we have been in business since 2011 and have served over 100 human clients and their 200 cats, dogs, guinea pigs, chickens and other birds, sheep, and even horses!
Our in-home pet-sitting service provides a safe, reliable alternative to the stress that kenneling or traveling can put on some pets. Whether you are planning a long vacation or simply a long day away from home, we are available for drop-ins, overnights, feedings and let-outs, and playtime. We will even clean up any accidents and perform other small tasks upon request. We also love to photograph our clients and send updates to their owners.
Does your dog have too much energy or does your schedule allow too little time for as many walks as you'd both like? We also offer daily or as-needed dog-walking services. If you are at work all day and into the evening, or if you simply find it hard to keep up with your four-legged friend, let us take care of it for you.
My name is Sabrina, and I am the owner of Tails and Feathers Home Playcare. I am an insured and bonded pet-sitter and dog-walker. I also belong to Pet Sitters International and can provide documentation and client references upon request.
Kristina is our newest addition to Tails & Feathers Home Playcare! We are so pleased to finally welcome back overnight care and additional evening care assistance to those who book when I'm unavailable. Here is a little bit about Kristina 😊
"I am currently finishing my second year at Coe College where I'm focused on Biology. Although I have declared my major as Biology and Neuroscience, I hoping to continue on to Veterinary school after completing my undergraduate degree. From a young age, I was highly exposed to animals of all kinds through volunteering for local rescue agencies and fostering many stray dogs. I am also very involved in my college campus in groups such as Alpha Omicron Pi and Off-Stage Players and have held multiple leadership positions. I spend my spare time singing and reading as much as possible."
Kristina will be available for pet care services late August through the month of May. We will then be welcoming another wonderful pet care provider! More to come!! Thanks everyone ❤️❤️🐶😺
